Bank Clerical Exam

The bank clerical department conducts entrance examination for different vacancies and posts in India. This department recruits and train people from various departments in India. The entrance fee is kept low. This department recruits people and posts them in various bank of India. The clerical posts in various banks are given prime importance.

Eligibility

  • The students need to have their bachelor’s degree from the recognized university or recognized institute.
  • The students need to have their bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • The students having their 10+2 from any discipline with 60% marks in the equivalent subjects.
  • The students, who are giving their final year examination, can also apply for the same.
  • The age criteria should be in between 18-28 years.

Syllabus

  • The syllabus for the written examination consists of English language, logical reasoning, computer awareness, Numerical ability and data interpretation.
  • The English language consists of Vocabulary, comprehension, Error detection and rearrangement, grammar usage and general detection.
  • The logical reasoning syllabus consists of Verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.
  • The numerical ability consists of Arithmetic and data interpretation.
  • The questions in the clerical aptitude are meant to test the perceptual and general aptitude of the candidates.

Pattern

  • The exam pattern consists of two rounds that are the written test and the interview round.
  • The Part1 round consists of Objective test for 200 words, with no negative marking.
  • The Part2 examination consists of Descriptive examination.
  • The Part2 examination consists of precise writing, office correspondence, Essay and arguments.
  • The candidates who are qualified for the written examination will be called for the interview round and a skill test round.
  • The students are given cutoffs in each and every section.

  • The students should send the application forms with the attested certificate copies of their documents on the address prescribed in the application forms.
  • The students should also send cash of Rs 1500/- or they can also send DD of Rs 1500. This needs to be sent on the address mentioned in the brochure.
