Bank Probationary Officers Exam

The bank probationary officer’s entrance test is conducted for the students to actively give the chances and recruit students from all over India. The bank also recruits candidates and train them as per the requirements. The bank probationary officers are given prime importance in the bank sectors. The bank probationary officers are recruited worldwide.

Eligibility

  • The students need to have their bachelor’s degree from the recognized university or recognized institute.
  • The students need to have their bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • The students having their 10+2 from any discipline with 60% marks in the equivalent subjects.
  • The students, who are giving their final year examination, can also apply for the same.
  • The age criteria should be in between 21-30 years.

Syllabus

  • The syllabus for the written examination consists of General awareness, English language, logical reasoning, computer awareness and data interpretation.
  • The students are also supposed to write an article in the English language.
  • The English language consists of Vocabulary, comprehension, Error detection and rearrangement, grammar usage and general detection.
  • The logical reasoning syllabus consists of Verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.
  • The numerical ability consists of Arithmetic and data interpretation.

Pattern

  • The exam pattern consists of two tests.
  • The Preliminary test and the main test that is conducted.
  • The preliminary test and the main test contain the same syllabus.
  • The students are then called for the group discussion test and the interview round.
  • The students have to clear both the tests simultaneously.

How to Apply

  • The students who meet the above criteria can fill the application forms that are given at the department’s website.
  • The students should send the application forms with the attested certificate copies of their documents on the address prescribed in the application forms.
  • The students should also send cash of Rs 500/- or they can also send DD of Rs 500.
  • This needs to be sent on the address mentioned in the brochure.
