VMU Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted by the Vinayak Mission University (VMU) in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The entrance exam is for candidates seeking admission into undergraduate and post graduate engineering programmes in VMU’s constituent institutes.
Eligibility
B.Tech:
- Candidates should have passed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination.
- Candidates should have Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects in at the 10+2 level.
- Candidates wishing to go for Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Biomedical courses should passed the qualifying examination with Mathematics/Biology, Physics & Chemistry.
B.Arch:
- Candidates seeking admission into B. Arch course must have an aggregate of 50% marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject.
Syllabus
VMU Engineering Entrance test consists of questions based on Maths, Physics & Chemistry at 10+2 level. The The B Arch test syllabus is based on Mathematics & Aptitude at 10+2 level and the M E test syllabus is based on the graduate degree syllabus.
Pattern
The examination duration is of three hours and the question paper consists of objective type questions with multiple choice answers.
